No. In fact, only a Registered Dietician has the ability to prescribe you a meal plan or supplements. Stesha and Strength by Nutrition are not licensed to practice clinical nutrition and therefore will not prescribe you a meal plan.

You will have 24/7 availability to your coach through email and text message. Stesha keeps a low client load to ensure personal relationships are built around trust and accountability.
Yes, we require a 3 month commitment to ensure enough time to teach you everything you need to know to be a badass human.
